When purchasing a ready design, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- Returned item must be unused and in original condition.
- Custom products are non-refundable.
- Before returning, write to info@twillico.com.
- When returning an item, you will have to pay the shipping on your own.
- Initial shipping cost is non-refundable as well.
- You are under responsibility of lost upon return. We recommend to send the tracking code to info@twillico.com.
- Refund will be processed once the item is returned to us. The time of the refund could be different and depends on the bank.
If you do not contact us within 14 days of receiving the item, no return will be accepted.
